What is this immersion?
I do not want to call this journey a course.
It is an immersion into direct subjective reflection and experience with the Earth, the body, the psyche and imagination as living forces.
Whatever your path is, this is a time where we will question our cultural perceptions and move to the place of origin: that of the first humans on earth. How would they perceive each organic force of Earth, time, weather, emotion?
How did myths arise as an observation of the living forces within and around us?
What are these myths, the most ancient ones?
Humanity has existed for about 300.000 years, yet our contemporary story speaks poorly only about the last 7000, mainly the last 3000 years.
In times of ecological and social turmoil, havoc, uncertainty and shift, we need to rediscover the hidden story of humankind so that we may find resilience and resources to re-craft our relation to soul, soil and each other.
This journey will foster your self-knowledge and offer insights that you can enrich whichever spiritual and/or teaching practice you do.
What will we do?

the body through eco-somatic movement
the intricate relation between physiology, psychology and ecology
creative writing
the land
Seasons and cycles
the rich eco-mythology of the Ladies of the pathways, throughout diverse territories and time periods
story recollection and re-telling
undoing academical learning structures and experience orality and the power of spoken word and silence.
How does it work:
This is a 12-week immersion with weekly live classes and homework in between the classes.
Classes will be recorded and the recordings will be available.
The classes take place each friday from 5pm to 7.30pm UK time.
I do not offer any title or certification, we are here for the growth experience and there is no way of measuring the subjective sensitivity, strength and wisdom that will arise within all of us from this time of immersion.
This immersion will never repeat itself, when done any other time all subjects will be approached from a mix of both common as well as renewed perspectives. It is alive, dynamic and so, necessarily, ever changing.
This journey has a presencial sequence, happening in person in Glastonbury.
It might have an online sequence as well, to be structured and defined, according to what arises as pertinent from this journey and the people in it.
Who can attend:
Whoever feels drawn to be destabilized by questions, emotions, sensations and the wildness of soil and soul.
HOWEVER: this journey may feel overwhelming if you are in a time of psychological or psychiatric struggle. In this case, please wait and recover. The contents may be triggering and although we will work with nervous regulation and somatic stabilizing resources in all sessions it may be too much for your own system.
